Welcome To Victory Support Services

Welcome to Victory Support Services, a provider of Medicaid home and community-based services and a licensed home care agency for those who are incapable of self-preservation without assistance. These individuals are living with physical and/or developmental disabilities who require extensive personal assistance and/or respite care services. Victory's direct care staff must pass criminal and child abuse background checks and health screenings for tuberculosis prior to employment. Our staff has also undergone extensive training and passed state recognized competency tests in home care services which include: personal care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, infection control, safety, assistance with medication and pain management, independence and confidentiality, end-of-life care, nutrition and ADL’s/IADL’s.

Whether you are transitioning out of a nursing home or you wish to remain in your current home, Victory’s staff will work closely with you to enroll and coordinate resources you need to secure your home care and community support services with our agency.

We want you to know that your happiness, safety and well-being are of the utmost importance to us at all times. We make every effort to carry out our established policy that every person we serve is entitled to be treated as an individual—with choice, consideration, dignity and respect and receives adequate and appropriate care, treatment and services in compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations.

You are entitled to be fully informed of your civil rights and privileges while receiving services that Victory provides. Victory Support Services, Inc., does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by Federal, state or local laws.

We encourage you to ask questions and make any suggestions you want to me or any other member of Victory’s staff.

Victory can also direct you to resources for private wheelchair transportation services and accessible rental units in shared housing options for individuals who require home and community based services.

Consider Victory as an affordable alternative for your in-home care agency, respite care and accessible housing needs in either our well-appointed rental units or in your own home.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

Best regards,

John Scarbrough
